Donatellis Italian Food

Donatellis Italian Food is a special treat in the heart of Philadelphia. They were looking for an updated, modern design that made the user feel like they stepped into their Little Italy store. Yes, those stitches were custom made by yours truly.

Austin Chamber of Commerce

The Austin Chamber needed a landing page for their Financial Aid Saturday events. This page was part of a mass campaign including several web ads and rotating widgets. There is also a Spanish translation.

The page guided the user to select a registration date and provided all information needed to prepare for the event. The page also features a clean sponsor scroll that highlighted their sponsors without cluttering the page.

Canyon Springs

The kind folks at Canyon Springs were spreading the word about their newest sweepstakes. This landing page was designed to be an extension of their original website but its primary purpose was to drive Facebook traffic and create conversions.

Users were encouraged to share a widget I designed to help promote the contest and were provided with the code. The campaign was very successful!

Five Outstanding Young Texans

The Texas Jaycees (Junior Chamber) was hosting another Five Outstanding Young Texas event and they wanted a user-friendly page for information and registration. The theme matched the fun and vintage feel that mimicked the attraction of Austin, Texas.

The page features a few widgets designed by yours truly; a lightbox highlighting keynote speakers; and a toggle function to show and hide extra information, keeping the page clean.

Judith August Cosmetics

Judith August launched a spotlight portfolio page highlighting her latest cosmetics and asked that it match the look and feel of her website.

Much of the interactive graphics involved the use of her make-up, which was a lot of fun to design.

Lockheed Martin

Lockheed Martin launched a program to bring Science and Math engineers to your classroom. They asked that I design a page for teachers to register for the program. The widget was distributed state-wide in Texas. The look and feel was meant to give a classroom feel with the desk, paper and notebook graphics.

Military Veterans Employment Network

The Military Veterans Employment Network needed a fresh look and professional feel to attract active military members returning to civilian life and help them find new jobs.

The design also extended to promote its Marine Corps Ball, complete with registration and program information. Many of the Marines were still overseas during the registration process, so we had to make the design as easy and accessible as possible so there were no hiccups for the event coordinators. The ball was a huge success!

Qnorth Golf Club

QNorth had two promotions that were meant to feed into one another. The first was a wedding contest and the second was to promote its QClub membership. Linking both promotions through Facebook, we converted traffic into customers who booked weddings and joined the QClub. This was a creative way to generate more revenue during the golf course's winter season.

RBI Austin

The team at RBI Austin were anxious to turn their non-profit's blog to a full interactive website. Instead of going the WordPress route, I designed and fully-functional website from scratch with a built-in CMS for them to manage content on their own.

The site includes a photo gallery, interactive calendar, interactive slideshow, sleek drop-down menus, and a scrolling sponsor carousel.

In The Spotlight Marketing

I was part of a team of designers and developers for this site, designed to be the next DIY ticketing system, DIY ad widget and DIY portfolio site. My specific role was to style the programming elements and beta pages.
